Stress Coaching Munich
be at peace:
Inner calm so that you can stay
true to yourself even under pressure.

So you can be yourself again—even when life gets overwhelming.
Coaching provides a space where you don’t just treat symptoms, but get to the root of your stress. So that peace of mind isn’t just a fleeting moment, but becomes a state of being.

When stress drives you to react in ways that aren’t like your usual self.
You’re functioning—that’s not the problem at all. The problem is what functioning is doing to you. At night, you toss and turn sleeplessly in bed, caught in the same endless cycle of thoughts. In the morning, when the alarm goes off, you still feel exhausted. During the day, you somehow manage to get through it – and only realize in the evening, when you should be winding down, that there’s no peace to be found.
What bothers you even more than the exhaustion itself is that, under this pressure, you do things you don’t like about yourself. You react irritably to people you actually care about. You withdraw instead of being present. You keep going even though your body has long since said “stop.” Afterward, you think: That’s not who I really am.
Stress is rarely what we think it is.
Most people blame it on their workload – and indeed, doing less does help short-term. But as soon as the stress levels go up again, the old reactions return. This suggests that the real cause isn’t the workload itself, but how you react to stress – and which internal mechanisms kick in under pressure.
And yet you know there’s a calmer version of yourself out there. You’ve just lost touch with it under pressure.
If you see your question listed here, it’s worth scheduling an initial consultation. During a free Discovery Call, we’ll assess where you’re at – and whether my support is a good fit for you.
What Lies Beneath Your Exhaustion.
When it comes to stress, the first instinct is usually the same: fewer appointments, better prioritization, more breaks. That’s not wrong—but it doesn’t go far enough. Because if you keep falling into the same pattern of exhaustion, it’s rarely just because you have too much on your plate.
What matters isn’t just the “what,” but the “how”: the combination of external demands and what those demands trigger within you. Which tasks drain you disproportionately? Which inner voices drive you on, even when your body already needs a break? Which values are constantly being overlooked in your daily life without you even noticing? Only this combination of factors provides a picture in which stress becomes truly understandable – and thus solvable.
In coaching, we explore these questions together:
- Which tasks drain me disproportionately—and why?
- Which values are consistently overlooked in my daily life?
- Which beliefs keep me going, even when I’ve long needed a break?
- Which “Be perfect / be strong / please everyone” drivers are kicking in for me?
- In which situations do I react differently than I actually want to—and what triggers that?
- What would I do if I didn’t feel like I always had to function?
Stress rarely originates where it is felt.
What feels like “too much work” often has roots that lie elsewhere. I encounter four of these particularly often in my coaching practice. It’s rarely just one—usually it’s a combination of factors that reinforce each other.

Fit
Tasks That Aren’t Right for You
If you spend a lot of time on activities that don’t align with your strengths or interests, every hour takes more energy than it should. This often goes unnoticed in everyday life—until you realize that after eight hours of work, you’re not exhausted because you did a lot, but because you were doing the wrong thing.

Conflicts of values
Conflicts Between Your Values and Your Environment
When the things that matter to you are consistently dismissed in your daily life—whether it’s honesty, diligence, connection, or autonomy—it drains your inner energy, even if you don’t consciously realize it. Conflicts of values are a subtle but persistent source of stress.

Beliefs
Beliefs from earlier times
“I can’t take a break until everything is done.” “If I say no, they’ll drop me.” Beliefs like these often run so quietly in the background that you can barely hear them yourself—but they determine when you allow yourself to rest and when you don’t.

Automatic patterns
Internal drivers that turn into internal saboteurs
Be perfect, be strong, be pleasing—unconscious imperatives that push you to peak performance, even when no one is asking for it anymore. These inner drivers are useful in small doses. But when taken to extremes, they’re often the reason you keep going even when your body is already telling you to stop.
During coaching, we identify which of these factors play the biggest role for you – and focus our efforts on the areas where we can make the most impact. We don’t address all four at once, but rather the ones that most strongly shape your unique situation.
Erste Antworten finden Sie schon allein:
Bevor Sie ein Coaching beginnen, können Sie mit den folgenden beiden Analyse Varianten eigene Antworten näherkommen.
→ Selbsttest Innere Antreiber (kostenfrei, deutsch, ohne Anmeldung)

What Happens in Coaching.
Before we get to the root of the issue, we create relief in the here and now. To do this, I prefer to work with body-oriented emotional techniques, such as the Brainlog®-Method. This provides you with immediate, tangible relief—not as a gimmick, but because these techniques help your nervous system shift out of a state of constant alert.
Once you’re feeling stronger, we address the root causes: We identify the origins of your stress, highlight your strengths, and make adjustments that truly work for you. I don’t just support you during the session; I also provide you with small, practical exercises for daily life that offer immediate help in stressful moments—stopping the mental carousel, calming your nervous system, and taking a step back. Upon request, this can also be app-supported with the six-week program from Positive Intelligence.
The goal is not for you to do less. The goal is for you to be able to perform again without losing yourself in doing so.
In cases of stress and inner anxiety, I also like to use equine-assisted coaching as a body-oriented approach—
because sometimes the body needs a different way to truly be present in the moment.
What changes—lasting inner peace.
What many coachees describe when the block is lifted: They sleep through the night again. In the morning, they have energy, and in the evening, there’s still some left—for family, friends, and what really matters. Under pressure, they no longer react automatically but have a brief moment to choose before saying something they’ll regret later.
Above all: peace of mind is no longer something you have to fight for once your to-do list is empty. It becomes an inner state—something you can return to even under pressure. And the more often you succeed in doing so, the more it creates a positive reinforcement—more peace, more energy, more of yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions About Stress Management Coaching
Why am I always exhausted, even though I don’t do any more than other people?
Exhaustion often has less to do with the workload than with the fit. Tasks that don’t align with your strengths or interests drain more energy per hour than they provide. Eight hours can feel like twelve—not because the workload was heavy, but because it was the wrong kind of work.
What do value conflicts have to do with my stress?
When the things that matter to you—honesty, diligence, autonomy, and connection—are consistently overlooked in your daily life, it drains your inner energy, even if you don’t consciously realize it. Conflicts of values are a subtle but persistent source of stress.
Where do the beliefs that put pressure on me come from?
Beliefs like “I can’t take a break until everything is done” or “If I say no, they’ll abandon me” often run so quietly in the background that you can barely hear them—but they determine when you allow yourself to rest and when you don’t. They usually originate from early experiences and remain active on a subconscious level.
What are internal drivers, and how do they reinforce stress?
Internal motivators like “Be perfect,” “Be strong,” or “Please everyone” push you to perform at your best—even when no one is expecting that of you anymore. In moderate amounts, they’re useful. But when taken to extremes, they’re often the reason you keep going even though your body has long since told you to stop.
